Ripped jeans are everywhere and to be honest I think I’m kind of late in the Diy bandwagon. But... i couldn’t not go without sharing the easiest diy which is as easy as eating pie...no extra labour required.
Things you’ll need – Scissors, Tweezers, Pencil or pen for markings, an old pair of jeans
Frayed hem
Step 1 : Mark the jeans and cut it with the scissors at the length you want
Step 2 : Use your hand and tweezers to remove the thread as shown below
Step 3: Once you’ve reached the frayed style you like ,you will want to cut off the excess treads (I prefer to keep them a bit long to give off that roughly done style but its upto you if you want them long or short)
RIPPED KNEES
This style has roughly the same procedure but requires a bit of patience
Step 1 : Mark the jeans at the knees (you can do it right at the middle or above the knee)
Step 2 : Start cutting it but unlike the frayed hem you should be careful that it does not literally reach the edge of the jeans. Try to put a distance of 1 or 2 inches on both sides of the knee. Use the tweezers to remove the threads
Step 3: If you just want a clean cut knee style then just remove a few threads and you’ll be done but if you want the style as shown below keep on using the tweezers and don’t try to cut the thread and voila you have one of the best if not badass looking ripped jeans.
Warning: If you’re doing this for the first time i recommend using an old pair of jeans for a first attempt. If it doesn’t turn out as shown its ok, patience and numerous attempts is the key .

Whaddup peeps!
My stress level’s down, like way down because -
a) Exams are over, no matter how shitty my performance was
and
b) I’m back to HOME SWEET HOME for a month and a half which
basically my brain and body interprets it to “Honey, you can sleep and eat and
lie around all day”. I.KID.YOU.NOT. And
to be honest i deserve it after the hectic semester which will continue again.
*groan*
You can never have enough of a good thang going can you? I
must be getting better at my rhetoric's.
Outfit for my dentist appointment. Hate the “remove shoes”
part so slipped my feet into these babies, super cheap and comfy after the
initial few blisters ;D
